		<description>I might be a little naive here, but isn&#039;t the BBC paid for by the UK public?  When the Russians are willing to start paying for the bias that comes out of BBC News, then maybe it might be an idea that they get a little more coverage, but until then, anything that the BBC can do to reduce its outlandish news gathering costs is OK by me!</description>
