		<description><![CDATA[Why bother having any laws on libel/slander/harassment in fact anything when only the very rich can pursue or indeed obtain justice. Smear campaigns are alive and well in the Home Office and are never addressed. If you are a higher grade officer doing the abusing and destroying of a lower grade officer&#039;s name and careers you will be believed and they&#039;ll even throw in Treasury Solicitors and a barrister to complete the whitewash. FACT.]]></description>
